Because Indie Music Fest Sponsors make it possible to provide essential and/or enhanced services and activities to Attendees and Participants, all Sponsors will receive the recognition benefits listed below, in-addition to those unique to each opportunity selected.
- Sponsor recognition alongside the event or service listing when promoted in official IMF promotional print pieces or in electronic communications.
- Complimentary Passes to all IMF activities, panels and workshops
- Acknowledgement as the Official Sponsor of the event or service in the IMF Program and Exhibit Guide.
- Sponsor's logo with a link to corporate Web site from the IMF Home, Partnership and Sponsorship pages.
- Acknowledgement in the Sponsor 'Thank You' advertisements appearing in printed media, IMF Programs, Banners, Posters, Flyers and etc.
- Extensive branding and the option to distribute promotional materials to guests through the special activities which include: The Beer Garden, The Bikini Contest, Model Search Competition, 5K Run, Swag give-a-ways and the Vendor Booth areas.
- Right of First Refusal to renew sponsorship for the next year's annual IMF event
- First Right Of Refusal Option Pre-Booking Available for The 2013 Indie Film Fest. (Only open to participating 2012 sponsorships)

Black Mountain Productions Inc., and Endeavor Media Group, are presenting this exclusive sponsorship opportunity, through an elaborate multimedia marketing campaign. This will include (but, is not limited to): E-blasts and Social Network Promotions Nationally (i.e. Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.), Street Team Efforts, Flyers, Editorial, Radio and Newspaper, Magazine, Website and Web page Logo Marketing Placement Nationally and more! Advertisers/Sponsors will be given the opportunity to brand their company, product and services, throughout this multimedia campaign and on the stages and other locations at the event venue, at the competition/showscase, to be held at: The Henderson Pavilion. Platinum Sponsor- $30,000.00:
Only ONE Platinum Sponsor will be accepted each year (Can combine up to 3)
The Platinum Sponsor of the Indie Music Fest will be given first right of refusal to participate similarly in the next year's events., The Platinum Sponsors LOGO will appear everywhere the Indie Music Fest is presented, as the singular "Presents," in every instance and larger than all other sponsors who may appear near or below the event logo, such as:
- Regional television, radio, e-blasts, newspaper and outdoor and global online advertising, marketing and promotion
- Inclusion in live broadcast/eCast coverage
- Web banner on: www.theindiemusicfest.com and on related sites
- Printed collateral from brochures to direct response collateral
The largest of any street banners or related media
- The largest of any stage banners allowed for televised eCast concerts
- After market collateral such as T-shirts, hats, posters, memorabilia, etc
- EVERYWHERE the event logo appears, so will the Platinum Sponsor
- Wherever mentioned only, such as in news coverage in any medium, and in all event Press Releases, Platinum Sponsor will be mentioned in conjunction with the event itself, as the singular "Presents."
- Platinum Sponsor will be provided with two round-trip airline tickets to (Venue Location) from anywhere in the continental United States, plus deluxe hotel accommodations at the (Selected Location) and luxury airport transportation
- Platinum Sponsor will also be the "Official Sponsor" of the event's VIP reception, where they may choose to give away premiums or invite important guests without limitation**The VIP reception area will have restricted access throughout the entire event, for all days
- Platinum Sponsor will be given the largest of all specific sponsorships available for Main Stage, Food Area and Inside Main Floor Areas
- Platinum Sponsor will be given the top largest in premium listing positions in all advertising of any kind including logo on official posters and flyers
- Platinum Sponsor will be given a logo presentation with a direct link to their website from all event websites
- Platinum Sponsors will be given a full page advertisement on Front Cover, or back Cover (as sponsor may choose) in related event brochures and publications.
