Charities And Special Community Activities

At The Indie Music Fest, we know that there are no efforts more important, or personal, than those we make in our own communities. The Indie Music Fest provides a great opportunity to reach out to patrons, to educate and possibly influence their choices in a positive way. We feel that the participation by the right non-profit organization will add more depth to our event and hopefully bring more awareness. We like to focus on local organizations that can provide displays, active demonstrations and other presentations, that are creative and will engage our patrons. We also, like to focus on organizations that are focused on the environment.

For those non-profit organizations who wish to participate, your table/space area must be staffed all day, each day of the event. Typical hours are: 11:00am - 6:00pm. Any and all special activities and visuals, must be coordinated through and approved by the event organizers.

We understand that education and specific resources, are the key tools that our patrons need, in-order for them to embrace this life style change, that will impact the overall community as a whole. Obviously, there are many hurdles still to climb, in-order to accomplish these tasks, so as a team together with persistence, we will push ahead with success being the end result. If your organization is interested in becoming an official charity with the Indie Music Fest, please contact us at:  community@theindiemusicfest.com .
