Five selected bands, will be awarded Music Resource Packages (valued at $2,500-$5,000), out of all participating bands, by votes received from selected music industry judges at the event, personally viewing the band performances on-site. The resource package can contain (but, will not be limited to): Cash, Gear (Clothes, Equipment, etc.), Endorsements, Rehearsal and/or Recording Time, CD Duplication/Replication, Photo Shoots and much more.
And out of the selected five bands, one band will be awarded a 24 month Management, Recording and Publishing Contract and will receive major marketing and promotions, throughout the USA, Canada and Europe. And that selected band, will also have the opportunity to play at least one set, with one of the headliners performing at the event.
Below is a partial listing (but, not limited to) some of the items that will be included in the awarded band resource packages:
1. As one of the many package resources being provided to the 5 selected bands, 4th Street Recording Studios (Santa Monica, CA) is offering a special recording package with discounts. And the one special selected band, will receive a special recording and rehearsal package, that also comes with: full studio accommodations, a Producer and Engineer.
2. D'Addario and Planet Waves will be providing a number of tools, cables, strings and other products to enhance the gear that keeps the musician on the job.
3. Blue Microphone will be providing their microphone equipment packages and will include: Encore 300, Encore 200, Blue Yeti Usb Mic, Blue Snowball and the Encore 100.

5. As one of the many package resources being provided to the 5 selected bands, iZigg Mobile Media is offering 4 of the selected bands a 6 month prepaid mobile media services package. And the one special selected band, will receive a 12 month prepaid mobile services package.
6. Prepaid Legal Services is providing 4 of the selected bands, 6 months prepaid, of their "Business Plan" legal services. And one of the selected bands will receive 12 months prepaid, of their "Business Plan" legal services. These services include: Legal Consultation, Legal Correspondence, Basic Contract Review, Executed Contract Review, Document Review and much more.
7. Music Connection Magazine will provide a one year prepaid magazine subscription to each of the five selected bands.
8. Gregg Cobarr Photography will provide each of the bands a photography package as follows: Four bands will receive: A. 1 hour meeting to discuss photo session location, clothes, style, props, extra people or models (if desired), time of day and/or night for photo session B. 2-3 hour photo session during the day or night on location with extra lighting included C. All images will be given to the band for any type of usage D. If desired, a post-photo session consultation regarding session images up to 2 hours E. And One main band will receive: A. 2 hour meeting to discuss photo session location, clothes, style, props, extra people or models (if desired), time of day and/or night for photo session B. Half day or half night photo session on location with extra lighting included C. All images will be given to the band for any type of usage D. If desired, a post-photo session consultation regarding session images up to 3 hours E. If additional time is necessary for the photo session, the band will be supplied with a greatly discounted price. *Photo session and all meetings MUST take place in the Los Angeles area*
9. Jeannie Deva® Voice Studios is offering vocal coach services the 5 selected bands, preferred access to work directly with celebrity vocal coach: Jeannie Deva and her team of certified instructors. Four of the selected bands will receive a free 30 minute consultation and a 20% discount on further services and voice enhancement products. The best band selected will receive 2 free hours of coaching from Ms. Deva, a 20% discount on further services and a 50% discount on voice enhancement products.
10. Distrophonix is happy to offer the top 5 up and coming artists apart of The Indie Music Fest 100 free download cards.
